Hey if you want to come to Aus, get yourself on the Jetstar mailing list. I got two return tickets from Sydney to Japan (OK, Kansai) for under $1000AUD last year (thats including taxes). They are a low cost airline but have even cheaper tickets every now and again, so if you need to save money keep your eyes out..
Wow, I just checked that site, and the tickets are so cheap! Are they really reliable? I don't even care, I'm buying my tickets!
Damn, you are up late (I know, old habits die hard) and I am up Gawdawful early. It'd be interesting to learn if the gloom and doom here has spread to Japan as well.

I only have one word for this whole post.

COOL!

I like how your mind is working now. Keep it up Ami!

Well our flight back from Japan was delayed in Brisbane, and we ended up having to change planes. Yes, it was a hassle and very annoying, but everyone was fairly indifferent, we all just kept shrugging and saying "at least the tickets were cheap". I'm sure that doesn't happen all the time though...

Congrats on the translation job! It sounds like fun!

You sure have lots to do and think/worry about. I'm not sure, but isn't it more exciting to have it that way? And when it's all finished, you will feel so accomplished and will have surely had some fun in it all.

....Especially with your little vacations to Korea and Australia, I'm so jealous :(
All accounts point to YES. Times are hard and things are crap over there as well.
Oh thank you! I love the feedback. I am feeling good good good. Either way, no matter what happens, I am determined to have fun doing it.
Thanks! It's just a freelance project, but yeah, I'm happy with it.
It is more exciting that way, you're right. Or just super stressful maybe, or both I guess.

Tokyo's already pulling me back! My friends are all inviting me out everywhere and there's so much to do, and I'm getting really excited. How can I ever leave Tokyo, that place is just awesome! I'm going to have to make sure I focus this time.
