crash diet
After getting fed delicious food by my aunts morning till night last week when my mother was visiting, I had packed on a bit of extra weight. So I decided to go on a diet, and so far it's been working really well. And I'm not starving myself, and I don't feel hungry.
And it consists of the following. No carbs, no sugar. Lots of tea. Of course never ending green tea, some chamomile, also rose and hibiscus tea mixed with this thick, polyphenol grape concentrate from the supermarket, bags full of things like strawberries, tomatoes, other fruity stuff. I've been making a tomato mixed with ground sesame salad, which is really good.
I also bought some cup soups, and they come in all types of flavors. They're thick chowdery soups that you stick in the microwave, and you can get them at the supermarket and convenience stores.
And cheese! If you have a craving, take a mouthful of some cheese and you'll be fine.
And then a fibe mini drink a day. I was a little iffy about this, because it's packed with sugar. But I figured the high fiber content was worth it.
And juice and coffee. Tomato juice is good, and so are the vegetable and fruit mix juices.
And of course, an ukon no chikara before a night of work.
Am I insane? This diet does sound a little weird, now that I've written it out. But it's been working.
